Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective from:
Refund and cancellation terms for each booking are discussed with you when you enquire and confirmed in writing before you pay. This page explains the general principles.
To cancel anything, message or email us with your booking details. The date we receive your request is the date used to work out any refund.
1. Group trips & holiday packages
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the trip, the dates and what has already been booked with suppliers. We discuss them with you when you enquire, and confirm them in writing before you pay anything. Those written terms are the ones that apply to your booking.
Any part of a package already booked with a supplier (for example, a non-refundable flight or hotel) is refunded only as far as the supplier refunds us.
If we cancel a trip — for example because of weather, road closures or safety — you can choose a full refund of what you paid us or move to another date.
2. Flights, hotels & cabs booked for you
- Cancellations and changes follow the airline's, hotel's or operator's own rules. We'll tell you those rules before you book.
- We pass on whatever refund the supplier gives. Our service charge, if any, is shown on your booking and is refundable only if stated there.
- If an airline cancels a flight, the refund comes from the airline; we'll help you claim it.
3. Medical services
- Hospital charges, consultation fees and treatment costs are paid under the hospital's own billing and refund policy.
- If you've paid us a facilitation or coordination fee, it is refundable if you cancel before we've arranged your consultation or admission. Once those are arranged, it is refundable only as stated in your booking confirmation.
- Travel booked for medical trips follows section 2 above.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within the timeline confirmed with you at booking. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
