We are a healthcare facilitator, not a hospital or medical practitioner. We help you connect with doctors and hospitals and handle coordination, paperwork and transport.

All diagnosis, treatment and medical decisions are made by independent registered doctors and hospitals, who are responsible for the care they provide.
We do not guarantee any medical outcome.
Cost estimates are based on information from the hospital and may change after the doctor examines you. The hospital's final bill applies.
Insurance approval is decided by your insurer. We help with paperwork but cannot guarantee approval or the amount covered.

3. Travel services

Flights, hotels, cabs and trips are provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). Their own terms, fare rules and cancellation rules also apply.
Prices shown on this website are starting prices, are indicative, and are confirmed only when you book.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after we send written confirmation and receive payment as agreed.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, ID and any health or travel requirements. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities; we can guide you but cannot guarantee approval.
Itineraries may change because of weather, road conditions, government orders or other reasons outside our control. We'll offer the best available alternative.

Follow the instructions of doctors, hospitals and travel suppliers.
Behave lawfully and respectfully on group trips; we may remove a traveller whose conduct endangers others, without a refund.

We are responsible for the coordination and booking services we provide. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent doctors, hospitals, insurers or travel suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
